Maureen Thomas: Maureen is a second career realtor. Before becoming a realtor, she spent more than 20 years in the furniture business and it was time for a life change. Maureen and her family have lived in the New River Valley for 25 years and they have been active members in the community and church affiliation.      During your first consultation we will discuss your wants and needs. We will discuss what areas you like and why. Are your concerns commuting, recreation, community, etc.? All of these concerns are important to us.

Determining Your Target Price Range

     In conjunction with a lender, we will determine how much you can afford so that we may focus only on properties priced in your comfortable affordability range. In addition, you will be pre- approved for a mortgage. A lenders pre-approval letter will add strength to any offer to purchase a property.
